School Safety

Keeping students and staff safe is our first responsibility. Ririe Jr/Sr High maintains an emergency operations plan, practices drills throughout the year, and works closely with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Report a concern

If you see or hear something that worries you — about a threat, bullying, or a student who may be struggling — please tell us. You can speak to any staff member or contact the office directly. Reports can be made confidentially.

Visitors

For everyone’s safety, all exterior doors are kept locked during the school day. Every visitor must check in at the front office and wear a visitor badge while on campus. We appreciate your patience — it’s how we keep track of who is in the building.

In an emergency

During an emergency, please do not come to the school or call the office — both can interfere with the response. Instead, watch for official updates by text and email, and follow the instructions you receive.
In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first.
